TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The promotion is valid from 25th October to 25th November 2024 across all participating Nestos in Oman
- The participants must be aged 18 years and above and a resident of Oman only
- Upon request, the participants must be able to present a valid proof of age and identification (Passport or Civil ID)
- Khimji Ramdas & Procter & Gamble reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants
- Khimji Ramdas & Procter & Gamble will be collecting necessary personal details for the purpose of this Promotion, and if required, may disclose this information to authorized agencies and/or to regulatory authorities and will not be used for any other purpose apart from this raffle activity
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent product or service. The Prize shall be accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and P&G excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize
- Khimji Ramdas & Procter & Gamble or any participating stores shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason
- The reasons of rejection include:• Minimum required amount not reached (any P&G products)
• Incorrect period of purchase for participation
• Incorrect Nesto Receipt / Invoice number
• Unclear/unreadable picture of the printed receipt
• Date of purchase is not within the dates of promotion
• Wrong product(s) bought (ex: nonparticipating P&G brands) - Only the winners will be contacted regarding their prize. The winners will be directly contacted by the associated agency through e-mail or phone, within 10 to 15 calendar days of the draw, to receive the prize. For prize fulfillment, the winners must respond with their personal details within 7 working days from the first contact. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited
- Procter & Gamble reserves the right to cancel this promotion or make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time according to their discretion, and without notice to the participants after obtaining the approvals from the competent authorities. It is the responsibility of the participating shoppers to review the terms for any changes. Their decision in all regards will be considered final and binding on every person who enters and/or participates in the campaign
- Khimji Ramdas & P&G or any associated agency’s employees or members of their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- The Organizers, companies and associated entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copies, text, software, graphics, logos, images, designs, all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights or property rights and all rights associated with the promotion
- These terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the respective region
